The invention refers to electrical engineering and it could be used for the alternative energetics. Its purpose is to increase the functional possibilities. The three-phase contacless syncronous generator phase winding 1 is connected to the single phase rectifier 2, which is connected to voltage multiplier, which consists of capacitors 3, 5, 7 and 9 and diodes 4, 6 and 8. The voltage multiplier capacitor positive clamps are connected to the anodes of commutation diodes 10, 11, 12 and 13, but these diodes cathodes are connected to the storage capacitor 15 positive clamp. The decoupling diode 7 is connected to the generator phase winding 1 voltage between the synchronous generator phase winding neutral wire and storage capacitor 15 negative clamp. The multiplier capacitors 3, 5, 7 and 9 are charging at each generator voltage half-period in dependence from voltage phase order. If the condition, that voltageon respective capacitors is greter than storage capacitor 15 voltage realizes, the enegy from capacitors is transmitted to the storage capacitor.
