A shock absorber with a bellows-type dust cover is provided to improve the efficiency of blocking impurities by forming an elastic member such as a coil spring for providing the elasticity to the bellows-type dust cover. A shock absorber with a bellows-type dust cover comprises a cylinder(10), a piston valve(20) placed inside the cylinder, a piston rod(30) coupled to the piston valve, a bellows-type dust cover(42), and an elastic member(44). The bellows-type dust cover has one end fixed on the piston rod and other end contracted on the cylinder side. The elastic member assembled to the dust cover provides the elasticity to the contracted dust cover. The elastic member is a coil spring whose one portion is inserted into a corrugated part of the dust cover.
