A packaging and applicator device comprises a reservoir (2) with a composition (P); a support (10) secured to reservoir; and non-porous membrane (12) carried by support. The membrane co-operates with the support and/or reservoir, to define an inside space (29) for the composition. The membrane is flexible and/or is mounted on the support and/or reservoir, so that the membrane can be deformed and/or displaced relative to support and/or reservoir, to reduce volume of the inside space by at least 0.1 mL. The membrane is externally covered by flocking (13), and has dispenser orifice(s) (15). A packaging and applicator device comprises a reservoir (2) containing at least one composition (P) for application; a support (10) secured to the reservoir, during application of the composition and/or when the device is in a closed configuration; and a non-porous membrane (12) carried by the support. The membrane is externally covered, at least in part, by flocking (13), to define an applicator surface (3). The membrane has at least one dispenser orifice (15) passing through the membrane, to dispense the composition. The membrane co-operates with the support and/or reservoir, to define an inside space (29) containing the composition. The membrane is flexible and/or is mounted on the support and/or reservoir, so that the membrane can be deformed and/or displaced relative to the support and/or reservoir, to reduce a volume of the inside space by at least 0.1 (preferably 3) mL. The non-porous membrane is externally covered by flocking, preferably up to a peripheral portion (31), so that the peripheral portion can be deformed and/or displaced relative to the support and/or reservoir. The flocked region of the membrane preferably extends transversally to a longitudinal axis (X) of the device over a distance of >=15 mm. The membrane is molded with at least one duct (18) communicating with the dispenser orifice, and the duct slides in or over a chimney (19) of the support. The membrane is preferably molded with a peripheral skirt (26) including an elastically-deformable portion and resilient tabs. The peripheral skirt enables the entire membrane to be depressed relative to the support. The membrane preferably includes at least one portion in relief for massaging or treating the hair. The membrane is made of a compressible material such as an elastomer. The membrane and/or the flocking, preferably contain a biocidal agent. The membrane is preferably electrically and/or magnetically conductive. |
