Fluidized bed method comprises preparing a solution, emulsion or suspension containing one or more solvents and a mixture of fruit juice and/or fruit concentrate and a carrier matrix of magnesium salt or several consumable acids or a mixture of magnesium hydroxide and one or more consumable acids, spraying the solution, emulsion or suspension into a fluidized bed granulator and removing the aromatic granules produced. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) Aromatic granules produced by the above method; and (2) Product containing the above granules.
