A high pressure air-propelled ship without a propeller is provided to sail a ship at high speed by obtaining propelling force through high pressure air in both forward and backward movement. A high pressure air-propelled ship without a propeller includes engines(11,12), air compressors(13,14), large-capacity high pressure air tanks(21,22), a blow-off pipe, and a central control apparatus. The engines are connected to the air compressors to drive the air compressors. The air compressors suck air through air suction pipes(15,16) and discharge the air through air exhaust pipes(17,18). The blow-off pipe includes a rear blow-off pipe(30), backward front blow-off pipes(35,36), and front blow-off pipes(37,38) for backward movement. The rear blow-off pipe is installed at the lower side of the bow of a ship and blows high pressure air to the sea in order to propel the ship forward. The backward front blow-off pipes maintain balance of the ship at the lower side of the bow of the ship while propelling the ship forward. The front blow-off pipes for backward movement maintain the balance of the ship in backward movement while propelling the ship backward. The central control apparatus controls the engines, valves, and forward and backward speeds and the balance of the ship. |
