FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to technology of production of preserved dinner first course meals. Method of preserved food production includes cutting and blanching of white roots, cutting and freezing of potherbs, cutting of sausages, rice boiling until mass doubles, freezing of fresh green peas, mixing of specified components without oxygen access with table salt. Prepared mixture and bone broth are packed, sealed and sterilised. ^ EFFECT: preparation of preserved food with high assimilability. |
