FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to medicine, particularly to the film therapeutic system (1), consisting of at least two joint layers for transmucous introduction of active substances, that has layer (2), capable in aquatic medium to stick at mucous membrane, and one or more protective layers (3); also at least one of the latter layers contains active substance, and the former layer (2) is capable to swelling but it is poorly or not soluble in aquatic media.
