The present invention provides a display device comprising: a thin film transistor formed on a substrate; a pixel electrode connected to the thin film transistor; a fine space formed on the pixel electrode; a liquid crystal layer to fill the fine space; a roof layer which is separated across the pixel electrode and the fine space on the pixel electrode and supports a sidewall of the fine space; an inlet formed on one side of the fine space; a partition formed on the other side of the fine space; and a cutting unit formed on the roof layer adjacent to the fine layer. According to the present invention, the weight, thickness, costs, and process time of the display device can be reduced since the display device is manufactured by using one substrate. Orientation quality can be improved since the partition is formed on one side of the fine space. |
