The device has two measuring sensors (6), which are directly or indirectly arranged at a rotor shaft (5), and rotates with the shaft. The measuring sensors are arranged symmetric to an axis of the shaft, and detects two components of original vector characteristics of force and/or acceleration in a measuring coordinate system. The sensors are connected with a central processing unit for exchanging of data, where the processing unit calculates dynamic characteristics such as angular acceleration, speed and rotating angle, of the shaft from the measured vector characteristics. An independent claim is also included for a method for indirectly determining dynamic characteristics of a wind power plant or a water power plant. |
