An objective of the present invention is to provide an X-ray detector using a concentrating optical system which decreases an irradiation amount of an X-ray while increasing brightness of an image by increasing an amount of a visual ray converted in a scintillator. In order to accomplish this, the X-ray detector according to the present invention comprises: a scintillator module which converts an X-ray, which has passed through a sample to inspected, into a visible ray and outputs the visible ray; and a focusing optical system which focuses the visible ray converted in the scintillator module to increase a complementary angle of the emitted visible ray, such that an image is outputted brightly. According to the present invention, since an amount of a visual ray converted in a scintillator is increased, an irradiation amount of an X-ray is decreased while brightness of an image is increased. Also, a manufacturing cost of an X-ray detector can be reduced by using a low-cost camera module. |
