The organic light emitting display device comprises: a first substrate; a first electrode arranged on the first substrate; an organic light emitting layer arranged on the first electrode; a second electrode arranged on the organic light emitting layer; and an organic dot arranged on the second electrode. A low surface tension layer has surface tension lower than that of an organic layer.
