The invention relates to a device which comprises at least one pivotable lever (11) which is pivotable about a horizontal pivot axis (15) and has a first lever arm (11b) and a second lever arm (11c). The first lever arm (11b) is adapted to carry a load (21) when a measurement is carried out. At least one of the lever arms (11b, 11c), namely preferably at least the first lever arm (11b), is supported by a sensor (33) and/or linked with a sensor (33). Said sensor (33) in turn is linked with a measuring transducer (39) for transducing a mechanical force to an electrical signal and/or is part of such a measuring transducer (39). The lever(s) is/are configured in such a manner that the lever (11) and the load (21) have a common center of gravity (23) which is on the pivot axis (15) or only at a short distance thereof. |
