FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, in particular to thoracic surgery, and can be applied in plasty of esophagus and trachea with intestine autotransplant on vascular pedicle. Essence of method lies in application of tube of large diametre, closed from one side with semi-spherical cap, which is used to form a pre- or post-thoracic tunnel. Mobilised intestine fragment near oral end is sewn with thick long thread, forming holder with two ends. One end of holder by means of wire guide is passed through tube on neck and, pulling by it, transplant together with vascular pedicle and second thread of holder is trailed inside tube to the level a bit higher than its final location on neck. After that tube is taken out and transplant is left in tunnel. ^ EFFECT: application of claimed invention allows to improve conditions of passing intestine transplant on vascular pedicle to place of plasty, as well as to protect vessels of feeding pedicle during transplant passing. ^ 2 dwg |
