METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR 3 DIMENSIONAL MODELING USING 2 DIMENSIONAL IMAGES

A modeling method and an apparatus thereof are provided to specify an object in consideration of all edges of a 2D image and contents by component of the 2D image. An object is specified by considering an edge of an image and contents by component in each of plural 2D(Dimensional) images where the object is expressed as differentiating viewpoints(510). A 3D model of the specified object with respect to the each of the specified objects is generated(520). The generated models are matched in consideration of a relative location between the generated models(530).
