An apparatus for supplying distilled water to be used for a wire-cut discharge machine is provided to supply distilled water having high purity by cleaning the apparatus when purity of the distilled water is degraded. An apparatus for supplying distilled water to be used for a wire-cut discharge machine comprises an impurity removing section for removing impurities from original water, and an ion exchange resin filter section for filtering an electrolyte from water that has passed through the impurity removing section. The ion exchange resin filter section supplies filtered water to a liquid storage tank. A buffer water tank is provided between the impurity removing section and the ion exchange resin filter section. The impurity removing section includes a micro filter, an activated carbon filter and a reverse osmosis membrane filter.
