The ventilation system has a housing (6) in which a cross flow fan (24) provided with a whirl creator (38), and a heat exchanger (25) are arranged. The heat exchanger is arranged in an inclined position in the housing such that the heat exchanger fits with its contour (26) to an inner side of a cover wall (7) and a side wall (9) of the housing for forming an air space (35). The contour of the heat exchanger approximates almost to the whirl creator, and the heat exchanger providing in vertical direction overlaps the cross flow fan. |
