The device has a base body (1a) forming a chamber into which a liner e.g. inner bag, is emptied, where the body includes an opening (1). A groove (3) fastens the liner to the opening, and a sealing flange (2) seals the liner to the opening. A hand lever (4) raises and places the sealing flange away from or onto the opening, and an access port (5) provides access to the base body with another groove (6) to fasten a film bag or film package on the access port. A connecting device connects the device to a component of a treatment process.
