The invention concerns a compound of formula (I) wherein (A) represents an unsaturated carbocycle with double bonds, I may represent a value from 0 to 4; m may represent a value from 0 to 3; n may represent a value from 0 to 6;-(C)I-,-(C)m-and-(C)n-represent, independently of one another, a-Cx-z-alkylidene group, optionally substituted by 1 to 4 substituents; R1 represents a hydrogen atom, a C1-C3 alkyl, a C1-C6 alkylcarbonyl, a C1-C6 alkoxycarbonyl group, R2 represents a hydrogen atom, an optionally substituted C1-C6 alkyl or C3-C6 cycloalkyl group. The invention is applicable in therapeutics, in the treatment of disorders improved by modulation of the histamine H3 receptor. |
