A biosensor and a cartridge for diagnosis of disease are provided to improve diagnosis accuracy by detecting antigen, and portability and economical efficiency, so that they are useful in the system for rapid and accurate diagnosis of disease in a remote place. A biosensor for diagnosis of disease contains an antibody layer containing at least one antibody against an antigen bound to a marking particle, a polymer layer(120) containing a polymer binding to the antibody for fixing the antibody of the antibody layer, a glue layer(130) for coating the polymer layer to fix the polymer, and a marking particle-detecting portion(140), surrounded by the glue layer for detecting the marking particle bound to the antigen and outputting the detected signal. A cartridge for diagnosis of disease contains the biosensor, a substrate having the biosensor, and a data-outputting terminal formed on the substrate for transmitting the detected signal to a diagnosis device.
