A portable pipetting device is provided to secure stability during pipetting work by holding a narrow section and a handle portion at the same time. A portable pipetting device(10) for sucking liquid into a pipette(15) and distributing the liquid in the pipette has a longitudinal axis. The portable pipetting device comprises: a head portion(12); a pipette holder(14) connected to the head portion to receive the pipette detachably; and a handle portion(16) turnably connected to the head portion to turn around the longitudinal axis and to enable a user to adjust the position of the pipette. At least one extender module is connected between the head portion and the handle portion. At least one of the head portion and the handle portion is connected to the extender module in order to turn around the longitudinal axis.
