FIELD: electricity. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention may be used as analogue signal amplifiers in different functional analogue microchips (for example, operational amplifiers, and comparators). Differential amplifier includes input differential stage (1) with reference current source (2) within common emitting circuit, output transistors 1 (3) and 2 (4) with emitters connected to current outputs (5) and (6) of input differential stage (1). Output transistors are linked with power supply bus (9) via current-stabilising impedors 1 (7) and 2 (8), transistor bases (3) and (4) being integrated and connected to offset voltage source (10). Transistor collector (3) is linked with active load (12) input 1 (11) and transistor collector (4) is connected with active load (12) input 2 (13). Circuit is supplemented with additional transistor 1 (14) with base connected to transistor collector (4).
