An apparatus for producing oxygen water is provided to simplify structure of the apparatus such that oxygen water with a high concentration is produced stably, minimize degassing ratio of oxygen, easily adjust inflow of oxygen and water, reduce the production costs of oxygen water, and produce oxygen water with a high dissolved oxygen concentration. An apparatus for producing oxygen water comprises an oxygen dissolving unit(100) including an agitation tank(40) for receiving oxygen and water from an oxygen source and a water source through respective independent channels and agitating oxygen and water and a dissolving tank for dissolving a mixture of the water and oxygen agitated in the agitation tank into water, wherein the dissolving tank includes a first dissolving tank(50) for dissolving a mixture of the water and oxygen agitated in the agitation tank into water, the first dissolving tank includes an injection port(54), a first dissolving pipe(51), a second dissolving pipe(52), a third dissolving pipe(53), and a first dissolving tank outlet(56), and the first dissolving tank is formed in the form of multiple pipes such that the second dissolving pipe is received in the first dissolving pipe, and the third dissolving pipe is received in the second dissolving pipe. The dissolving tank additionally includes a second dissolving tank(60) for stabilizing first step oxygen water produced from the first dissolving tank to produce second step oxygen water, wherein the second dissolving tank includes an injection port(64), a first dissolving pipe(61) and a second dissolving pipe(62), and a second dissolving tank outlet(66), and the second dissolving tank is formed in the form of multiple pipes such that the second dissolving pipe is received in the first dissolving pipe. The oxygen dissolving unit additionally includes a first water tank(10) comprising water supply pipes(14a,14b), a water injection port(15), a water discharge port(13), a water level sensor(11), an exhaust port(12), and an oxygen water inlet(16). |
