A cooking vessel, a method for manufacturing thereof, and a cooking device using the cooking vessel are provided to remove a magnetic metal and reduce weight of a pot by coating a wall of a pot with transparent resin, and to prevent copper from being eluted by coating the inside of the pot with a protective layer. An electromagnetic inductive cooker(1) comprises a pan(2), a cooker body(8) having a heating unit, and a cover(14). The pan is made of copper, copper alloy, or stainless steel. A flange(2A) is formed at an opening of an upper surface of the pan, and is caught with a shoulder part of a frame cover(3). The cooker body includes a pan receiving case(4) and the frame cover. The frame cover and the pot receiving case are made of a mold of synthetic resin. A predetermined gap is formed between the pot receiving case and the frame cover. A pan motor(9) and a control substrate(10) are installed in the gap. When the pan motor is driven, the control substrate is cooled. The pot receiving case has a bottom part(4A) and a body part(4B) covering a body part of the pot. An opening(4C) is formed at the center of the bottom part. The opening is installed with a temperature sensor(7). The cover has inner and center covers(15,16), a pressure valve device(17), and an outer cover(18). The pressure valve device has a valve sheet(17v1) having a pressure hole(17v0), a metallic ball(17v2), a cover(17v3) having the ball, and a plunger(17vp). An outer wall of the pan is coated with transparent resin, and an inner wall of the pan is coated with a protective layer. |
