A method for rotating meat using indirect heat is provided to divide a hearth into a heating room and a cooking room, to seal the cooking room, and to cover meat with leaves and silver foils, and to insert the meat wrappings in the heating room for preventing the meat from being overcooked and roasting the meat uniformly. A method for rotating meat using indirect heat comprises the steps of; forming a hearth in which a combustion room and a cooking room are separated, using stones and soil, inserting charcoal in the combustion room to heat a floor of the cooking room, and inserting meat wrappings(100) formed by covering meats(110), which are already covered with leaves(120), with silver foils(130) in the heated cooking room and sealing the cooking room. |
