A high temperature electret, a manufacturing method thereof, and a microphone having the same are provided to improve high temperature charge property and environmental resistance. A high temperature electret(20) includes a metal plate, a first layer, and a second layer. The first layer is formed on the metal plate and includes heat resistant fluorine primer having adhesive property or first coating paint. The second layer includes heat resistant fluorine resin. At least one of the first layer and the second layer is selected from a group consisting of a silane compound, a metal element, and a metal compound. |
