A porcine serum vaccine is provided to prevent porcine diseases including colibacillosis, PED(Porcine Epidemic Diarrhoea), PMWS(post-weaning multisystemic wasting syndrome), PRDC(Porcine Respiratory Disease Complex), PDNS(Porcine Dermatitis and Nephropathy Syndrome), AR(atrophic rhinitis) and APP(Porcine Pleuropneumoniae) without using adjuvants. A preparation method of a porcine serum vaccine for preventing porcine diseases comprises the steps of: collecting the blood from matured pigs; storing the collected blood at 37-39 °C for 1-3 hours to separate the serum and plasma; centrifuging the separated serum to remove impurities; storing the centrifuged serum at low temperature and filtering the stored serum with a 80-120 mesh sieve; adding antibiotics and 0.1-0.4% formalin into the filtered serum and storing the mixture at 25-38 °C for 1-2 days with homogenization at each 1 hour to remove bacteria and viruses; and confirming sterilization of serum by spraying and culturing the serum to a general medium.
