A motor for a vehicle is provided to prevent oil from creeping along a rotation axis by forming a creeping preventing groove between the rotation axis and an inner ring unit of an oil cutter. A housing(10) has a magnet(11) attached to an inner peripheral surface. A rotation axis(20) is installed inside the housing, and upper and lower parts thereof are supported by upper and lower bearings(21,22). An armature(30) is rotatably fixed at the rotation axis. A rectifier(40) is installed on the same axis as the armature to contact a brush(41). A washer(50) is coupled under the upper bearing. An oil cutter(60) is installed between the rectifier and the lower bearing to prevent scattering of impregnating oil of the lower bearing. The oil cutter is formed in the shape of a dual ring composed of an inner ring unit(61) and an outer ring unit(62). A creeping preventing groove(63) is formed between the inner ring unit and the rotation axis to prevent creeping of the oil. A scattering preventing groove(64) is formed between the inner and outer ring units of the oil cutter to prevent scattering of the oil.
