An MOPLL(Mixer Oscillator Phase Locked Loop) IC(Integrated Circuit) is provided to improve the performance of clock noise by filtering a clock noise due to a clock difference generated by a continuous writing data with a time constant value by using a low pass filter. An MOPLL(11) mixes an inputted RF signal with an oscillation frequency and converts the same into an IF(Intermediate Frequency) signal. A primary loop filter(12) removes a harmonic component outputted from a charge pump of the MOPLL. A secondary loop filter(13) removes a harmonic component which has not been removed yet in the primary loop filter. A condenser(C1) has a capacitance value for improving a phase noise and an impact noise performance. The condenser is a stacked film condenser, has a capacitance value within the range of 20nF-100nF, and is connected between the charge pump of the MOPLL and the primary loop filter. A low pass filter(14) filters a clock noise generated when an analog broadcast is received, with a time constant value.
