An apparatus for connecting input/output wires in an exposed holey outlet is provided to perform connection work of input/output wires and ground wire very quickly and easily. In both end parts of front and rear sides of a lower body(1), input/output wires and ground wire connection units(3,3') are respectively protruded. In an upper part of the input/output wires and ground wire connection units, plural connection holes(5') are formed. Therefore, a tie bolt(9) and a nut(10) are fastened with a connection plate(7). In a middle part of both end parts of front and rear sides of an upper body(12) coupled with the lower body, bolt holes(14') are inwardly formed. In an outer side of the upper and lower bodies, front and rear covers(18,18') having ribs(16) are coupled through bolts. In a middle part of both ends of the front and rear covers, code withdrawal holes(24') having covers(22,22') are formed.
