A manufacturing method of a fishing rod is provided to prevent the fishing rod from getting curved as time lapses by attaching a reinforcing yarn inside the surface of a fishing rod. A manufacturing method of a fishing rod includes: a mold manufacturing step of manufacturing a mold by forming a long groove(12) in a longitudinal direction to insert and attach a reinforcing yarn(13) to the mold(11); a molding step of attaching a reinforcing yarn to the long groove, attaching and winding a textile(14) consisting of anyone of a glass fiber and a carbon fiber, whose upper surfaces are impregnated with resin, on the mold and heating it up to 120 deg.C to mold; and a painting step of separating the molded fishing rod body(10) from the mold and painting and grinding the surface thereof.
