A solenoid housing and a solenoid valve are provided to prevent stress of curved parts from being applied to an attachment protrusion by arranging the attachment protrusion apart from the curved parts of the solenoid housing. A solenoid housing(1) includes at least one curved part(2,3), a stopper(7), and an attachment surface. The stopper fixes a plunger tube(23). The attachment surface is continuously connected to the curved parts and has an insertion hole(26) to insert the plunger tube. An attachment protrusion(6) is formed between the insertion hole and an edge of the attachment surface except the curved parts and integrated with the solenoid housing. The stopper is fixed to the attachment surface through the attachment protrusion.
