A VLC(Visible Light Communication) system and a method thereof are provided to distribute presentation data to each attendant's terminal easily by transmitting information using the reflection characteristic of visible rays. A VLC system(100) comprises a projecting part(110), a reflecting part(120), and one or more terminals(130). The projecting part outputs an image signal and a visible light signal, based on a source image signal. The reflecting part receives the image signal outputted from the projecting part, provides an image screen, and, at the same time, reflects the visible light signal. Each of the terminals receives the reflected light signal, restores the source image signal on the basis of the received light signal, and displays it.
