A diamond processing device is provided to insert a support tube into a diamond processing tip so that the support tube is integrally formed with the diamond processing tip, and then to perform a welding process with respect to a hole of a shank so that the diamond processing tip is not broken under an overload and a high temperature. A diamond processing device includes a shank(101), a plurality of through holes(110), a support tube(130), and a diamond processing tip(140). The shank is mounted on a rotational shaft of a motor. The through holes are formed on a work surface of the shank. The support tube is inserted into an inner circumference of the through hole. The diamond processing tip is fitted around an outer circumference of the support tube and then mounted on the work surface of the shank. A welding process is performed between the diamond processing tip and the work surface, and between the through hole and the support tube.
