The production of a substrate, i.e. glass, with a specific surface appearance, notably satin, comprises subjecting at least a part of the surface to a treatment by pulverizing it with a powder product with a Mesh unit value of between 35 and 325. The surface treatment is affected prior to a chemical surface treatment. An independent claim is also included for the substrate obtained by the process. |
