摘要 FIELD: physics. ^ SUBSTANCE: method of determining structural state of fiber polymer composite involves installation of measuring sensor in the middle of parallel material fiber threads soaked in thermoplastic with filler; obtained non-solidified composite matrix is vacuum-processed, heated to a given temperature and matured at that temperature till the complete solidification of the composite. At least two more measuring sensors are placed between the fiber threads at opposite sides of the first one and at equal distance from it. Each of the three sensors is made of carbon threads with diametre not exceeding that of the composite fiber threads. Electric resistance of carbon threads is measured during the solidification cycle and/or during work life of the composite. Value of the maximum stabilised resistance index of the threads gives an estimate of the structural state of the fiber polymer composite; stabilised relative resistance index is a ratio of DeltaR to R0 expressed in percentage, where DeltaR=R0-Rcur, Rcur is the current electric resistance of carbon thread, and R0 is electric resistance of carbon thread at T=20°C. ^ EFFECT: high reliability and precision. ^ 1 dwg
