A coupling joint of a roof structure formed with an arch shaped panel is provided to form a roof by manufacturing arch shaped panels with a steel plate in a factory and carrying to a construction site, and then coupling the arch shaped panels using a joint, to construct arch shaped roofs in various shapes using a joint for coupling a panel and a panel, and to improve productivity by producing standardized arch shaped panels stably. A coupling joint(2) of a roof structure formed with an arch shaped panel is used for coupling an arch shaped panel(1) and an arch shaped panel, or, an external wall or a horizontal beam by folding a steel plate forming a joint to be adhered closely to the arch shaped panel and attaching to the upper and lower parts where arch shaped panels are in contact with each other, and coupling two ends of the joint with two edges of the arch shaped panel, wherein a water leakage preventive sheet(3) is installed between a steel plate forming a joint and a steel plate forming an arch shaped panel and coupled by a piece or a bolt(4) passing through the joint and the arch shaped joint, and a water leakage preventive washer(5) is installed to a fastening joint of the piece or the bolt and the contact part of the joint and the arch shaped panel where the water leakage preventive sheet is inserted or the outside of the bolt fastening joint is applied with silicon resins to have perfect waterproof structure.
