FIELD: transportation. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to petroleum or petroleum product storage tank floating cover. The said cover includes a deck tightly covering the petroleum or petroleum product surface and made up of parallel bars with edges fixed between lengthwise lower and upper girders, a peripheral ring. The latter represents a channel girder with its lower flange attached between the lengthwise lower girder upper flange ends and those of the lengthwise upper girder lower flanges. The middle part is attached by a circular angle bar to the lengthwise upper girder upper flanges, the upper girders supporting, via a circular angle bar, transverse channel bars with their walls attached by the circular angle bar to the peripheral ring medium part. The deck top accommodates a foamed polyurethane layer, its height above the deck does not exceed the transverse channel bar upper edges. The said layer upper surface has a layer of protective isolating foamed polyurethane applied thereon. ^ EFFECT: simpler design, higher buoyancy, higher strength easier maintenance. ^ 11 dwg |
