A CONTROL METHOD OF A DRUM TYPE WASHING MACHINE

A method for controlling a frontload washer is provided to reduce an amount of remaining detergent by blowing air to a door primarily and supplying water to the door secondarily. A method for controlling a frontload washer comprises the steps: judging whether the present process is the right before a final rinse process(S120); and supplying air to the door direction to eliminate a detergent residue remaining on the door if the present process is the right before a final rinse process(S130).
