摘要

An organic light emitting diode is provided to extend a lifespan thereof by forming a moisture absorbent on a metal layer of a protection substrate to remove moisture or oxygen inside a panel. An organic light emitting diode includes a substrate(210), a display unit(220), a sealant(250), a transparent protection substrate(230), and a metal layer(260). The display unit is formed on the substrate and has sub pixels arranged in a matrix shape. Each of the sub pixels has defined light emitting region and non-light emitting region. The sealant is formed around the display unit. The transparent protection substrate is bonded to the substrate by the sealant. The metal layer is formed on an inner surface of the transparent protection substrate, which faces the display unit.
