<p>The device has a non-detachable front retaining element (2), a non-detachable rear retaining element (3), and a measurement unit e.g. strain gauge, which measures forces to which a boot is subjected when the boot is fixed on the device. One of the retaining elements is fixed on a plate (43) stimulated with a translational movement, which is controlled with respect to values provided by the measurement unit.
