A building management system including a BACnet(Building Automation and Control network) gateway is provided to enhance user convenience by securing stable communication between the BACnet gateway and products, and enabling rapid recovery in maintenance. A central control system(200) centrally controls a plurality of subsystems(100), such as disaster prevention, power, and lighting, built in a building through the network. A BACnet gateway(500) is a path for connecting to the building management system and the subsystems with the network, and determines failure of the subsystems by sequentially communicating with the subsystems through a main communication line(300) and a sub communication line(400). Each subsystem is connected to the main and sub communication lines in a series through a single cable. Each subsystem is connected to the main and sub communication lines in parallel through a plurality of cables, and a failure detection button(510) inputs a failure detection ordering signal for detecting the failure from the subsystems. |
