<p>A sensor module and a fluid circulation system having the same are provided to employ an anti-over pressure member to prevent pressure exceeding reference pressure from being delivered to a sensor that detects information of a fluid flowing along a passage. A sensor module includes a housing(110), a sensor(130), an interface substrate(150), an output terminal unit(170), and an anti-over pressure member(190). The housing is provided with passages(113,115) connected to a fluid passage. The sensor is provided at the inside of the housing such that the sensor communicates with the passage. The sensor detects information about a fluid introduced through the passage. The anti-over pressure is provided in the passage. The anti-over pressure selectively cuts off the passage according to pressure exerted by the fluid such that pressure exceeding reference pressure is not delivered to the sensor. The anti-over pressure member includes a fixing unit, a cutting-off unit, and an elastic member.</p> |
