<p>A copolymer, an organic insulation layer composition, and an organic insulation layer and an organic thin film transistor manufactured by using the composition are provided to impart a strong hydrophobic property to an insulating layer even without an additional surface-treatment, and decrease the hysteresis at the driving time of an organic thin film transistor. A copolymer comprises a first repetition unit and a second repetition unit, and represented by the following chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, R is a substituted or un-substituted alky group of 1-12 carbon atoms, the substituted alkyl group includes F or Cl. Herein, R' is represented by the following chemical formula 2, the sum of m and n is 1 while m is a real number from 0.1 to 0.9 and n is a real number from 0.1 to 0.9, the sum of x and y is 1 while x is a real number from 0.1 to 0.9 and y is a real number from 0.1 to 0.9, and a and b are amounts of the first repetition unit and the second repetition unit, respectively, while a is about 10-90 mol% and b is about 90-10 mol%. In the chemical formula 2, R1 is one or more selected from a group consisting of functional groups represented by the following formula 3, R2 is one or more photo-reactive functional groups selected from a group consisting of the following formula 4, k is an integer from 0-3. In the chemical formula 3, m is an integer from 1 to 12.</p> |
