A power transmission is provided to minimize resistance applied to an engine by using a pair of conversion units for converting a linear motion into a rotational motion. A cylinder(320) and a cylinder rod(321) generate power. A support(350) is connected to the cylinder rod to support the cylinder rod. Ends of a pair of conversion unit(310) are coupled to a bracket fixed to the cylinder rod and the other ends thereof are fixed to a rotational shaft supported by a supporting rod. The pair of conversion unit vary a length according to a linear motion of the cylinder rod to convert a linear motion into a rotational motion. The conversion unit varies the length by one selected from a multiple-joint bar or a cylinder. The multiple-joint bar is comprised of a first connection bar, a second connection bar, and an intermediate bar. The first connection bar is rotatably coupled to the cylinder rod. The second bar is rotatably coupled to the rotational shaft. The intermediate bar is hinge-coupled to the first and second connection bars to fold them to each other.
