METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR CONTROL OF INTERNATIONAL CARGO TRAFFIC IN CUSTOMS

The invention refers to methods and systems of data and electronic documents' flow monitoring in connection with international cargo traffic and can be used for customs data processing, control of implementation of transportation transactions and prevention of inadequate implementation of transportation transactions. The suggested system, in one of its versions of implementation of the invention, contains at least one central server (10) with means for data registration, storage, interpretation and analysis; at least one module (70) of the distributor of identification cards (60) connected to the central server (10); at least one module (80) of the owner of identification card (60) connected to the central server (10); at least one customs server (20) of the country-exporter of goods and, at least one customs server (20) of the country-importer of goods connected to the central server (10) and with means for data registration, storage, interpretation and analysis, as well as the database of customs declarations (30) and the automated customs payments calculation system (40). Besides, the system contains at least one module (90) for completing customs declarations, provided with means (95) for reading and recording data onto the identification card (60) and connected to the customs declarations' database (30) and the automated customs payments calculation system (40); at least one data and transaction terminal (50) in the country- exporter of goods and at least one data and transaction terminal (50) in the country-importer of goods, connected to the central server (10) with means for data entry, means for entry of identification card (60), means for hard copy data entry, means for reading the data stored on the identification card (60), means for recording data onto the identification card (60), means for recording data onto the paper and/or electronic media, data visualization means.
