An upper board inserted with black and white chips for an experiment stand is provided to secure high corrosion resistance and high chemical resistance and to make the appearance beautiful by adding black and white chips to resin liquid. An upper board(10) inserted with black and white chips for an experiment stand is composed of: a lower resin layer(400) formed at the lower end by using phenol resin; a silica layer(300) formed at the upper end of the lower resin layer by using silica and a hardening agent; an upper resin layer(200) applied on the upper and lateral ends of the silica layer; and a surface resin layer(100) applied on the upper and lower sides and the left and right sides of the upper resin layer. The lower resin layer is formed by mixing black carbon of 0.52g and fine powder of 1.08kg per phenol resin of 1kg. The silica layer is formed by mixing silica of 0.39kg and a hardening agent of 0.4g per phenol resin of 1kg. The upper resin layer is formed by mixing black carbon of 0.48g and fine powder of 1.44kg per phenol resin of 1kg. The surface resin layer is formed by mixing a white thinner of 60g, white chips of 120g, black chips of 20g, a black thinner of 0.2g, silica of 10g, a hardening agent of 15g, an accelerating agent of 5g, and gel coat of 0.5g per phenol resin of 1kg. Phenol resin used for the surface resin layer consists of different components of phenol resin used for the upper and lower resin layers.
