A semi-submersible boat is provided to be used for various purposes by allowing a user to move to a desired position and enjoy underwater landscape since a part of the cabin is always submerged. A semi-submersible boat includes a cabin(100) and ballast tanks(101). The ballast tanks are installed at both sides of the cabin. A ladder(105) is installed inside the cabin to go down to a driver seat. Transparent windows(102,109) are installed at the front side and lateral sides of the cabin to see underwater landscape. A safety bar(103) is installed at the lowermost end outside the cabin to protect the body of the cabin and the transparent windows. A periscope(108) is installed at the driver seat to allow the driver to check the direction and position of the boat. A flagpole(107) is installed to allow easy recognition of the boat in an emergency. A front blocking plate(104) is installed to block introduction of seawater and direct light into the driver seat.
