A large intestine washer is provided to inject the alkali water into a large intestine and to remove the feces contained long in the intestines with the pressure of the alkali water. A large intestine washer includes an electrolysis water producing device(30), a pipe(20) and a valve(14). The electrolysis water producing device electrolyzes the water received from a water supply pipe of a toilet and produces alkali water. The pipe is detachably connected to the electrolysis water producing device through a hose(36), and receives the alkaline water from the electrolysis water producing device and supplies the alkaline water to a user's large intestine. The valve connects the pipe and the hose. The valve injects the alkali water stored in the hose into the pipe or intercepts the water by the pushing action of a supply controller(16).
