A bin structure includes an outer container 2, an inner container 1 for waste, a lid 3, a bearing plate 41 projecting from a side of a bottom of the outer container for receiving a plunger 5, a recessed portion 42 on an outer side of the outer container, and a receiving barrel 43 positioned under the recessed portion for receiving a toilet brush 6 as well as foul water dripping from the brush. Alternatively, the plunger may also be received in a recessed portion of the exterior of the outer container, the bearing plate then being outside the chamber defined by the outer container, Figures 6-12. |
