A silicone cushion for bedsore prevention is provided to be made of a silicone material with excellent weatherability, chemical resistance, and innoxiousness, and to improve durability by maintaining an attached part well. A silicone cushion for bedsore prevention includes: an upper sheet(10) and a lower sheet made of silicone gum material; and a plurality of individual air rooms(40) arranged on the flat and communicating with each other through an air path(50). The air rooms are formed by attaching the upper and lower sheets except for the air path using a liquid silicone gum adhesive. The upper and lower sheets are formed by millable silicone gum.
